At Nexaflo Automations, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered automation services to businesses of all sizes. To ensure transparency and fairness, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing trials, cancellations, payments, and refunds for all our services.

1. Free Trial Policy

  • Nexaflo Automations offers a free trial of up to 3 business days or a limited number of requests (each completed output or response generated by our service is counted as a “request”).
  • Once the trial period or request limit is reached, the service will be temporarily paused until the required payment has been received.
  • Free trials are strictly for evaluation purposes and may be modified, extended, or revoked at Nexaflo's discretion.

2. Service Activation

  • A service is considered “activated” once:
    • Access or API keys are provided,
    • Workflows, automation, or integrations are deployed, or
    • The customer begins using any part of the paid service.
  • Service activation may occur before or after payment depending on the mutually agreed timeline.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may request cancellation at any time by contacting Nexaflo Automations through:

  • Cancellation takes effect once confirmed by Nexaflo.
  • Cancelling a service does not automatically guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is based strictly on the refund timelines below.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the number of days from the date of payment or service activation, whichever is earlier.

All refunds are subject to verification and may take 7–14 business days to reflect.

  • Any work completed, infrastructure costs, third-party API usage, or storage/hosting charges incurred during the service period may be deducted before processing a refund.

  • Nexaflo reserves the right to approve or deny refund claims based on fairness, usage patterns, and cost incurred.

5. Customer Billing & Account Information

You can view your:

  • Quotes
  • Invoices
  • Payment history
  • Pending charges

directly through the Zoho Customer Portal.

Customers can request portal access by contacting us via the methods listed above.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Nexaflo Automations is not responsible for any losses, business impact, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Refunds are provided only as per this policy and do not cover:
    • Loss of revenue
    • Business interruptions
    • Errors caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or customer-provided configurations
  • By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

7. Policy Changes

Nexaflo Automations reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
